Prije dva dana imali smo tu vježbu na treningu "tabata",
samo mi cure radili smo s bucicama od2kg.

Zadovoljna,
ali zadnje dvije serije u š-om bloku
sam radila ne iz muškog skleka,
nego iz ženskog skleka -veslanje.
Lagani umor u rukama, nakon 8 serija
kao da su bicepsi malo natekli .
Ali 2 vježbe od 4 u tom bloku su bile
za gornji dio tijela,a i tempo u tabati,
je brz, pa možda zato takav napor.

Iskreno ne sviđa mi se položaj dlanova.. mislim da bi bilo bolje kad bi ruke bile uz tjelo! Ovako je malo pre riskantna i nespretna za ramena

Radio sam tu vjezu cesto prije. No malo drukcije. Ruke uz tijelo i bucice su mi bile vodoravno u odnosu na tijelo.
Vec sam zaboravio da postoji xD
Budem ju veceras malo ubacio u kruzni ;)
