Pozdrav ljudi, tek sam pocetnik i zelio bih dobiti misice na prsima i
trbusnjake, pa me zanima moze li mi netko napisati plan treninga +
plan prehrane, sta moram jesti prije treninga, sta nakon itd...

Pa cuj... ne vjerujem d ace ti to netko napisati samo ovako pošto se to inace naplacuje ;)

Druga stvar je što se nikome nije napisalo... dođeš, citaš forum, i clanke sa stranice, pa nam predstaviš plan a mi dajemo savjete.. tako je sa svima :P

 namirnice mislis.. imas vremena jer si mlad i imas cilj.. stoga prehrana>faq.. tema je mnogo i naci ces odgovore. ovo ti je dobronamjerni savjet jer svi smo tako poceli
