Bok, nova sam u svemu ovome. Zanima me kako bi mogla skinuti salo sa stomaka. Neka dijeta, ako bi mi itko mogao napravit neki plan prehrane, ako je moguce bez skupih stvari posto sam studentica i nisam bas pri novcu.... XD

Nisam ni ja znao ništa na pocetko pa sam naucio. Nitko se nije rodio sa znanjem. Ako ti se ne da citat onda možeš nekom platit da ti sastavi program treninga i prehrane, nije jeftino al onda ne moraš ništa citat i ucit jer ti se sve servira

htela sam da pitam posto nisam znala gde ewo ovde..:
da li je tacno da ako hranu u ustima isitnimo skroz necemo se toliko gojiti kao kad je "samo progutamo" ?

ja u prosjeku prožvacem zalogaj 6 - 8 puta, a kada sam probala recimo 20 to traje i traje i samo premeceš po ustima a vec je sve skašeno i nemaš šta više grist
treba misliti na žvakanje i odvojiti vrijeme, a to meni nije išlo
