Napravite u obliku shakea, sve namirnice u blender (mikser) i popijete.

500gr posnog sira
2dl vode
2 banane
2 narance
1 neko voce još po želji

Dobijete stvarno ukusnu vocnu salatu, a zapravo ste pojeli sir.

Moja omiljena kombinacija . Ja još dodam kivi i žlicu meda
Pitam se kako bi bilo sa smrznutim vocem npr. borovnicama ... još nisam
probala.
