 hvala soner..ma roknem ja i posle treniga proteine..jedno dvije do tri kile znate kako se kaže:mackama miševi,a lavovima goveda..hahaha..šalim se ja ljudi..malo smo skrenuili s teme..al zezancije uvijek dobro dođe

  e ljudi da vaas pitam u vezi jajeta..jel dobro pojest recimo 3-4...ili da izbacim koji žumanjak (jer je to kolesterol bomba)..recimo pojedem 3bjeljanka i šžumanjak..
