dal netko ima cornflakes da procita koliko ima secera u njima? sad mi je tip u teretani rekao da su one u biti los dorucak jer imaju 20-30g secera/š00g. na poslu sam, a zivo me zanima... |

Da se ubacim u temu...razmišljala sam da si "zasladim" s
vremena na vrijeme pudingom od soje...jeli se na njega gleda kao na namirnicu koja se može priuštiti, ili da ga izbjegnem? ![]() |

e hvala puno,dotakla si se svega sto me zanimalo:)sad se bacam na racunanje hehe.bazalni metabolizam mi je š803kcal.Sto se tice aktivnosti to cu si za svaki dan morati racunati posebno jer mi je svaki dan na faksu drukciji od prethodnog

Jel znaš koliki ti je bazalni i koliko bi cca kal. trebao unijet? Ako to znaš onda ti je lako posložit nutrijente - masti ti ostanu na kraju kad izracunaš UH i P, to prvo posložiš a što ti ostane ide ti u masti. Izracunaš si približan kalorijski unos, odrediš omjer nutrijenata, rasporediš po više dnevnih obroka i to je to Na masi si, znaci UH ti trebaju u puno vecoj mjeri od masti tako da se baziraj na UH, A P+M ostavi za eventualno veceru i zadnji obrok prije spavanja ili u dane kada ne treniraš.. Inace, kalorijski unos bi ti trebao pokrivat onu vecu stavku, znaci bazalni + aktivnosti, ne samo bazalni... i to ne samo pokrivat, na masi si, znaci treba ti lagani suficit..Edited by Gym_girl |

evo ovako...ja sam na masi trenutno...i sad mi se neke stvari pobrkale malo tu...neki kazu jedu P+M samo,neki P+UH,sta na kraju.znam da pwm treba bit UH+P a i prije treninga UH i ujutro UH.ako itko moze malo razjasnit.i sto se tice konkretno kolicine koju treba dnevno unositi,2gP po kilogramu,4gUH po kilogramu a sto s mastima?i sto kad i unosim toliko,jer to onda znaci da to pokriva samo moj bazalni metabolizam ili ?

ako je jedes kuci stavis manje sira i umisto sunke tunjevine da vidis je dobro,ili pisa san vec u jednoj temi razvuces tijesto za pizzu i na polovicu stavis pelata, sira(moze i mozzarela ali moze i bez sira proc ka u mo slucaju) tunjevina ,malo bilog luka i origana,zatim je preklopis i ispeces kad je gotova moze jos malo maslinovog ulja.zimi bas i ne ali liti znan cesto to pojest
