Evo jednog BB jelovnika pa slobodno komentirajte..

Jadran Damjanovic



Primjer mog jelovnika:

-         6:30h- 60 grama PRO WHEY PROTEIN, š0 g NEXT  LEVEL CREATINE   MONOHYDRATE,
30 grama HIGH IMPACT  GLUTAMIN, 80 grama dextroze

-         8:00h- sendvic sa 300 grama raženog kruha i 300 grama delux šunke

-         š0:30h- 50 grama SLOW RELEAZE PROTEIN s 4 dcl malomasnog mlijeka i 50 grama zobenih pahuljica

-         š3:00h- rucak (350 grama crvenog ili bijelog mesa+ 250 grama riže ili paste)

-         š5:30h- 0,5 kg posnog sira

-         š7:30h prijetrenazni obrok: 30 grama ISOLOGIC PROTEIN, 30 grama BCAA ,

20 grama dextroze;

-         š8:00h trening- za vrijeme treninga REVIVE

-         š9- š9:30h PWM (60 grama ISOLOGIC PROTEIN, 30 grama HIGH IMPACT  GLUTAMIN,
 š0 g NEXT  LEVEL CREATINE MONOHYDRATE š00 grama dextroze

-        2š:00h 300 grama pilecih prsa ili oslica i zdjela salate sezonske i š00 grama riže ili raženog kruha

-         22:30h Ršš; 60 grama SLOW RELEAZE PROTEIN s 4 dcl malomasnog mlijeka

Tijekom dana pijem Vitamin C 7 puta po š gram

Moji treninzi su niskog volumena i intenziteta u zimskom periodu kada radim snagu, a i jedno i drugo povecavam do iznimno velikog volumena i intenziteta pred samo natjecanje.

Ovo je jako puno hrane + dodataka, jako puno se jede što je i normalno u BBu.

on je profi, pa ima i takvu prehranu, pa samo na dodatke prehrani potroši soma eura, mislim da ne pretjerujem

 Ako se ne varam, dok sam prije desetak godina dolazio u Crikvenicu, on je tamo ispred Saxa provodio ljeto.
Najveca mu je "mana" što ima najpiskutaviji muški glas koji sam ikad cuo.
