 Prednji vam pod "must" treba biti teži od stražnjega i manjeg maximuma nego stražnji. Ako je prednji lakši/jaci od stražnjeg znaci da posterior chain malo šteka i dupe+zadnja loža ne radi svoj posao

e bas ovo sto je Iluvatar napisao, tehnicki mi bolje lezi prednji cucanj. Na straznjem radim sa vecim tezinama, prednji mi je oko š5-20% slabiji od straznjeg, ali tehinika mi lakse pada. Mozda je to i psihicki, posto mi nekako prednji djeluje sigurnije. Na straznjem stalno imam neki strah da necu moc ustat i da ce me zgnjecit uteg

 Furai pa donekle si i u pravu, kod prednjega samo baciš šipku ispred sebe ak ne možeš, a kod zadnjeg je to malo teže ako nisi dovoljno iskusan pa se ljudi najcešce saviju dolje i eto zla...

upravo to, bacis sipku i vozi, al kod straznjeg , i jos jedna stvar, straznji me cesto prevari zadnju seriju, vec kod cetvrtog-petog ponavaljanja mislim da nemam snage za jos jedan, da sam gotov, al svejedno cucnem, i odradim jos 4-5 komada. ne znam zasto se to desava, mislim da ne mogu, takav gadan osjecaj, a izvucem jos toliko

upravo tako, slabiji je, ali mi više paše tehnicki, barem mi se cini tako, snimit cu jednom da vidim baš

pa jeste, usudis se otic skroz duboko, i znas da ces ga izvuc bez beda.. dok kod straznjeg moram dva puta razmisit hocu ici dolje, ili ipak ne, hehe..
