 meni nakon 30 min tek pocinje veselica

ispod sat vremena odradim jedino kad je hiit u pitanju (a to je rijetko) i kad sam posebno krepana - a i onda se nekako poguram bar do 50 :)

 meni nešto nije jasno koliko ja dugo moramvježbati da se masne naslage pocnu trošiti, jer koliko sam ja cula nakon 30 min tijelo tek pocne trošiti.... i to znaci da bi imala neke rezultate u mjesec dana trebala bi vježbati koliko puta tjedno i koliko vremenski?

 ma da, da...teoretski se do 30 min najveci dio energije troši iz glikogena (uskladišteni ugljikohidrati u jetri i mišicima - primarni izvor energije) da bi poslije omjer sve više išao u korist masnih naslaga.....e sad, kad ce kod nekog krenut to korištenje rezervi masnih naslaga ovisi o više faktora i ne znaci da možemo odahnut kad nam sat otkuca 30:00

pocni svakodnevno vježbat po 20-30 min ako još ne možeš dulje i postepeno povecavaj kako budeš sticala kondiciju...uglavnom neka ti minimum bude 4x tjedno - i bit ce nešto, strpljivo

 hvala, a ja sam izracunala da mi frekvencija srca mora biti između š06-š35 ( radi topljenja masnih naslaga)

 ok, samo se nemoj previše pouzdat u one brojke na ekranu

bolje bi ti bilo nabavit pulsimetar ako vec oceš bit kolko tolko sigurna di si - ili radi tako da se malo uspušeš ali da još uvijek možeš normalno govorit - to znaci da nisi na prejakom intenzitetu.

jucer sam izdržala 42 minute na orbitreku, nakon samo tjedan dana vježbanja ja sam zadovoljna ( nemam nikakvih bolova) jedini sam prije vježbanja popila neki sok 300 ml (onaj energetski sa dodatkom l carnitina) nadam se da to nije loše

 super za prvi dio recenice , a što se soka tice - pusti taj šecer i rađe popij zeleni caj - ovo nema veze sa l-carnitinom, a cak ti ni to ne treba, samo peglaj

l- carnitin ne pomaže tako da je bacanje novaca, ti iduci put samo pij dovoljno vode pij dovoljno vode tijekom treninga i to je to

ma pomaže ti kofein, zeleni caj i i još niz nepotrebnih kemija uz to...ali nemoj se opterecivat dodacima, vjeruj mi - ja sam svoje istopila samo sa kardiom, treningom i sređenom prehranom - drugo ti ništa ne treba ;)

Ma  sve 5 ali.. postoji puno nacina da dobiješ taj dojam a da carnitin ne djeluje, pogotovo placebo!

Samo od placeba, možeš jace i duže odraditi cardio s boljim rezultatom na tijelo i sl..
