hey toa, dobrodoao Mislim da i sam zna ta treba :) Nita bez rezanja kalorija i crobnog treninga - voli, ne voli nema druge. S obzirom da ima vec neko iskustvo u teretani, ne znam koliko ti tu treba nekih savjeta, vjerujem da tu zna ta treba? A to se preparata tice...ako misli na neki fat burner mislim da ti nije potreban, kardio i prehrana ce ucinit svoje. |

pozdrav svima,ja sam toa imam 24 godine,visok sam 2 m i imam 24 kg.treniram od 4-te godine.samo dizem tegove a slabo se bavim crobnim treningom.do nazad dvije godine bilo je dobro,bio sam "napucan" sa nekih 0kg misicne mase(obim ruke 46cm,bench 60 kg).osjecao sam se kao leptir .od tada slabije treniram a nastavio sam isto jesti i dobio sam 4 kg ponajvise stomaka,osjecam da sam tromiji i da mi koljena trpe tezinu.brzo se zadisem i ljeno mi je sve.potrebo mi je par savjeta kako da se vratim prijasnjem sportskom zivotu i lijepom izgledu,neki program i savjet da li da uzmem nesto od preparata jer do sada to nisam koristio.
