 The human body has extraordinary adaptive characteristics, so if a certain stimulus results in fat loss, it won't be long before that stimulus loses its effectiveness, and fat loss comes to a halt.

kljucne rijeci - stimulacija --> adaptacija --> stagnacija

pouka clanka: mijenjajuci svoju rutinu crobnih vježbi (intenzitet, dužinu, vrstu) davat cete tijelu konstantnu stimulaciju i prisiljavat ga na cešcu adaptaciju na novonastalu stimulaciju te time sprijecit stagnaciju...cak se i rimuje   

znaci - ne, trcanje ne deblja, ne hvatajte se za to, ne prolazi kao izgovor

  nitko se nije javljao pa sam morala brzo intervenirat da se ljudi masovno ne ostave trcanja

da, nisu baš...a i nisam im nešto puno vremena ostavila

nema veze, ako neki ne citaju još bolje, skratila sam im muke hehe...bolje i tako nego da samo naslov procitaju
