Poz ljudi... Zelio bi saznati kako najucinkovitije formirati svoje tijelo...Da dodu do izrazaja neki mišici...Da se trbušni zid oblikuje...Dali bi se nesto takvo moglo postici svakodnevnim vjzebanjem(bez odlaska u teretanu)...Da svaki dan trcim,pravim sklekove,trbusnjake,i ostale vjezbe... Vasi savjeti da se nesto takvo postigne..(i najbolja prehrana uz to) Edited by narkic |
