Znaci ako ubrzam tempo i potrošim 800 kcal umjesto 600kcal to je ancrobni trening

Gle, prvo moraš uzeti u obzir da je pitanje postavila - cura - i da muški tu nemaju pravo glasa  jer ce sigurno navesti vježbacicu na krivi put koji ne vodi onome što ona želi.

A s druge strane - naravno da ceš potrošiti više kalorija, ali ako ti otkucaji srca pređu preko 75% od apsolutnih otkucaja, onda crobni trening prelazi u ancrobni.
