Voliš svježi sir? Ako voliš, bilo bi ti dobro još ubaciti npr. 100 g toga za početak. Onda možeš (ne moraš odmah) još malo nadodati šumskog voća ili nekog drugog voća (osim banane za početak) i do 10 badema recimo, ili žlicu lanenih sjemenki ili neki drugi izvor masnoće koji ti paše, samo pazi na količine jer je s time lako pretjerati i napraviti kontraefekt. Tako imaš kompletan obrok koji će te držati sitom satima

Ako nisi kontra suplemenata, konkretno wheya, i to bi bio super izbor za ubacit u jogurt. A i fino je.

Na taj način ćeš već od jutra krenuti sa dobrom dozom proteina, zasitit se i malo iznenadit metabolizam :)

Da, whey možeš umiješti u jogurt i zobene. A možeš i jaja neka za doručak uz salatu i možda šnitu kruha. Bitno da imaš proteina u doručku i nekakvih vlakana i masti da te zasite. Inače se whey preporuča najviše nakon treninga.

Ista stvar. Ovo gore sam napisala jer nisam baš sigurna koliko M1 zna o prehrani, pa da ne bi shvatila da whey mora isključivo s tim jogurtom.

A nekako mislim da ju je ovo onda moglo samo zbunit još više Smile Jer bi sljedeće pitanje moglo bit - a šta smijem ja to onda uklopit u ostale obroke ako je najbolje nakon treninga? 

Samo razmišljam sa pozicije onih koji još nisu toliko u tome pa sve nekako shvaćaju drukčije od nas, kužiš... Wink
