Ja bih voljela vidjet before slike :)

I bez toga, osjećam da bi neke promjene u treningu dobro došle. I ja tu ne bih išla ciljano ni na definiciju ni na masu nego jela kvalitetno i trenirala kako treba.

Pozz,

Koji ti je cilj bio u zadnjih godinu dana? Kak god trebas jos skinut masnog tkiva a ne ic na masu ako to radis jer nema smisla posto je spekeca i sad previse. Poradi na donjem dijelu tijela.
