Haha.. prestao sam i s tezinama radit :)
Nije faza.. jednostavno vise ne vidim smisao u klasicnom bb.. sad radim treninge na vrijeme ili odr broj ponavljanja.. npr 30sec snatch pa pauza 15sec pa 30sec swing itd itd itd.. :)
Sad mi je mjerilo treninga puls :)
Mora u mirovanju past ispod 45.

Zmaj, sigurno je manje komplicirano, da. Dali je efektnije, kako za koga... :) Nije svačiji cilj masa ili koliko željeza može pomaknuti. Dali treba npr u jednoručnom planku natezati sa drugom rukom power band ili cable machine, ili raditi turkish getup? Kako za koga.. Nekom je to besmisleno, a nekom ležati na klupi i raditi benchpress, nekom BB-u horizontalni potisak u stojećem stavu, itd...

Ja sma navikao split raditi otkaz i to je to....

Sada sam pričao sa kolegom...kako je plača stigla i an red je masa došla.. i predložio mi je push pull low trening....

3 dana radna 1 dan odmor.... i bez otkaza....uf nadam se da ću se priviknuti...ne nzam kako to još čemo detaljnije.... ali eto...volim otkaz..volim jedan mišić po danu..ali opet....na red bi trebalo doći drugi programi pa ćemo vidjeti... :)

Kako mrzin komplicirane treninge, treba max sve pojednostavnit
1. Trening push
Bench press 6-7 serija
Military press 5 serija
Dips 2-3 serije
2.trening legg
Čucanj ili legg press (ja radin bulgarian squat posto sad kući treniran) 7-8 serija ( možeš npr 4 leg press 4 bulgarian ili šta god
Listovi
3dan odmor
3 trening pull
Military press 6-7 serija
Row 5 serija
Pull up 5 serija
Zadnje 2 vhezbe možeš super serije
5.dan odmor
6 dan opet isponova ciklus
Manje vježbi a efejtnije i manje komplicirano
