Dobro , jer ionako ja ne trcim, vec sam najcešce na steperu, odvalim na najvecu mogucu razinu, nekad orbitrek, bicikl samo za zagrijavanje

 a kad radis steper, jel radis duboke korake ili?? jer bolje djeluje kad ides kao da se penjes na 2,3 stepke odjednom, nego sto vecina cura onako na kratko dize noge..

radim sitnije ali brže,kolko mogu , jer je teško na najvecoj razini brzo gaziti, tak mi je trener tamo rekao da sitno gazim.. neznam..

  To mi je vec odavno rekao trener u teretani.. i voditelj.. da ne trcim zbog svojih koljena.. ni po betonu vani.. vec po travi ili pijesku..

  Ne znam je li trcanje baš toliko loše, ali 6 x tjelesna težina osobe koja trci se "spušta" na koljeno i vrši pritisak pri svakom koraku. Pa tako ispada da pri trcanju osobe od š00 kg, svako spuštanje težine na nogu teži 600kg...600 kila na samo jedno koljeno ne zvuci lijepo.

trcanje nije nikako dobro za koljena i hrskavicu, ako tržiš na nekoj tvrdoj podloza, tipa asfaltu, onda je to koljenima veliki napor, to ima veze da amoftizacijom i trenje,

svakako je bicikl š00 puta bolji za vježbe tipa kardio

  Ali bicikl i trcanje ne mozes usporedit.. Puno bolje je trcanje za potrosnju kalorija i jacanje nogu i eksplozivnost..

Tako nekako... Znam i sam, osjetio na svojoj kozi (ili bolje receno na svojim koljenima). Proslo ljeto se nenormalno zadao, po š0-š2 km svaki put trcao 5 puta sedmicno, salo se svo istopilo bilo, sve ko cakum pakum zategnuto na stomaku, al zato kad su dosli bolovi i dijagnoza hondromalacija patele (ostecenje meniskusa u oba koljena) i apsolutna zabrana trcanja iducih godinu dana prica vise nije bila tako vesela
