Odlično, ubaci još obrok oko 15h i bit će uredu. 

Od prvog posta do sada imao si dovoljno vremena skužit kako bi obroci trebali biti složeni. Dobri smo mi ljudi ali nismo budale Wink

Pozdrav dobri ljudi!
Evo mene opet.
Željan nabacit neku formu za ljeto!
Kilaža više manje ista kao nekad 106 kg.
Ako mi može netko napisat primjer tjednog jelovnika.
Znači pon, sri i petak trening snage sa utezima, a uto , čet i sub 1h na orbitreku. Trening mogu obavljati tek nakon posla znači negdje oko 6 h.
A obroke mogu smjestiti oko 9 ujutro za vrijeme kave, oko 11 h gablec, ručak oko 5h i večeru poslije treninga. Pa me zanima dal bi to bilo tako uredu ili treba nešto mijenjat. Hvala unaprijed

2.dan vježbe za prsa i bicepse
3.dan vježbe za ramena i noge
dan odmora i dalje se ponavlja
