S obzirom da nemam novaca na bacanje i polako odustajem od gainera, dajte mi molim vas neki recept za dorucak bogat ugljikohidratima a da bude u cim "tekucijem" stanju.

@Mjauk, ma nije nemoguce, vec je linija manjeg otpora ;)

A zasto ne bi bilo moguce pojesti nesto u 2 sata poslje budjenja?U pocetku mjenjajte to nemoguce da bi ocekivali uspjeh :).Ovo je samo savjet ne osjecajte se ugrozeno :)

ne mogu ni jedan posebno izdvojiti jer ih nisam koristila ali mega mass ima dosta dobar omjer proteina i UH koliko vidim. mozda pomogne netko tko je na masi i pije

moze ujutro gainer + neko voce npr. banana (moze umutit unutra bananu i zobene) sve popije i eto. Iza vjezbanja radije Whey protein i glukoza jer nisam bas sigurna koliko gaineri imaju masti u sebi..ako ima malo masti onda moze i nakon vjezbanja gainer isto. Ostalo naravno isto treba biti izbalansirano

Dok ja muku mucim sa skidanjem kila, moj suprug s dobivanjem Wacko
Zna da mora puno jesti ali nije ni to baš jednostavno, pa bi on ubacio 2 puta dnevno nekakve pripravke (OBAVEZNO tekuce, nešto tipa Mega Mass i sl.). Koristio bi to ujutro umjesto dorucka (jer nema teorije da strpa neš u želudac 2 sata nakon budjenja) i poslije vježbe.
Što preporucate?
