Trening

zgib (negativi)    4 9 6 6 8

sklek              11 13 9 9 13

PS (za svaku nogu) 4 9 6 6 8

HKR               4 9 6 6 8

plank              60 sec

finisher           15/20
(full burpee, mountain climbers, high skip, jumping jacks



Rucak (cassandra - fer):


juha od šparoga x 2
rižoto s lignjama x 2
crveni kupus svježi
pola porcije kuhanih krumpira
pola porcije prženih lignji



snack:

nescafe irish (legendaran vec :P)

vecera:

carski trganci iliti šmarne od:
275 g jaja
200 g brašna
3 dcl mlijeka

poslije toga me jabuke copile i pojeo sam 4-5 komada :S

danas je ispao carb loading ali stvarno sam dobro trenirao i puno sam prehodao danas pa onda nema problema :P

odradio sam test i napravio sam 4 komada prava, a po programu je to oet ovaj prvi dio, nadam se da cu sad uspjet bar 5 ako ne i 6 pa da krenem samo s kompletnim zgibovima, al uspijevam aktivirat latove :)

pa mogu reci da mi je lakše sad radit negative samo me strašmo muci onaj završni dio zgiba koji je više veslanje nego zgib pa ne ide šipka do prsa kad radim test nego samo ispod brade, znam da bi ROM trebao bit do prsa al šta ceš, nadam se da ce nakon još ta tri treninga bit i to bolje, ak napravim 5 opet su negativi samo veci broj a ak napravim 6 (cemu se nadam) onda krecem sa serijama cijelih, ostale vježbe dobro idu samo nisam mogao vjerovat da sam toliko nepravilno radio sklekove al popravljam sve to u hodu :D

Bez brige, i ja se popravljam u hodu, stalno Big smile

Mislim da bi ti cak i brže išlo da se svaki put trudiš dignuti sve više na pocetku, pa onda raditi negative kad ne ide....ovako se izlomiš na tim negativima. Ma ono...100 teorija :) bitno da vidiš napredak i da ništa ne boli :)

bok ekipa, sorry što se nisam javljao imao sam smrtni slucaj u daljoj obitelji oko kojeg sam se morao aktivnije angažirati pa nisam stigao ništa :(

ispovjedit cu vam se ovdje da je trening bio loš a hrana još lošija i stoga sam se zapustio malo ovih par dana, od sutra opet detaljno :S

Trening

klopa:

preko dana: 2 kave, nescafe, 3 pogacice od jaja

vecera (cijeli dan sam bio vani pa sam jeo tek maloprije :P)

integralna tjestenina 200 g
pileca prsa           300 g
teglica graha
vafli                 50 g
malo pekmeza          50 g

nutritivni profil bez pogacica 136 g P, 330 g UH, 54 g M

što da vam kažem, bilo kako bilo, idemo dalje, skupilo mi se dosta vode pa me jako mucio pistol s klupe danas i razmišljam da za noge odradjujem nekakav drugi trening baziran na vremenskim intervalima ili tako necim i da malo manje opteretim koljena jer me dosta boli :(
