Nisam sinoc cekala odgovor pa sam pojela malo posnog i rajcice.
Jutros opet zobene i zeleni caj (oko 9h), pa grah sa dvije kriške integralnog kruha (oko 12h). Kasnije planiram tunjevinu u povrcu (oko 15h), sendvic sa paprikom i purecom šunkom (18h) i onda opet malo posnog i nekog povrca koje nadjem poslije treninga (vrijeme nepoznato :P ).
Jel to ok?

Ma uredu je ..kao što je Gymka napisala prvo osnove da povatamo ...:) 

A cini mi se uredu...samo dali si sigurna da kolicinski odgovara kalorijama?

Šta radiš s tim zobenima ujutro, skuhaš ih u vodi, caju? Koliko je tih zobenih?

Hmmm....pretpostavljam da ce ove tune bit u tragovima, purece šunke ce past 2-3 šnite, a posnog 2 žlice uvrh glave. Sve skupa - premalo proteina.

Uravnoteži proteine i UH-e i jedi što više zelenog, lisnatog povrca. Dodaj malo masti u veceru ako vec neceš uh-e (žlicu maslinovog, šaku orašastih....2-3 cijela jaja...ili neko masnije meso/ribu, 100-200g).

I pazi na ukupan kcal unos.

Skuham caj, izlijem u zdjelicu i pomiješam zobene unutra. Tako vec dugo doruckujem, jako mi je fino :).
Tuna je 180g skupa sa povrcem.
A kalorija je sveukupno oko 1700. I uz to u medjuvremenu pojedem jabuku ili šaku kupina, a i popijem dvije kave pa dodjem na nekih 1900 kalorija.
Da promjenim nešto? Mogu ubacit jaja uz posni ili tako nešto.

Nije se još izjasnila sa kolicinom Big smile Vidit cemo mora pod hitno kalorije gore... Nadam se da dobro racuna Wacko

A i posni volim cisti, pojedem oko 150g u obroku.

Posni inace ubaci u dorucak, a jaja pojedi za veceru, jedna od varijanti Wink

I bolje ti je cak kupit obicnu tunu, cistu, i pomiješat sa svojim povrcem....dobiješ više tune, i kvalitetnog povrca.

150-200g posnog ti je ok. To je super, cešce se susrecem sa žlicama, fetama i onim tunicama za mackice od 50g pa zato govorim Wink

To si sama odredi, s obzirom na to što uneseš ostatak dana i koliko ti cega okvirno treba. 

Više masti, više cijelih jaja... možeš 3 cijela (20-25g P, 15 g M, 240-300 kcal, sve cca) , ili 2 cijela + 1-2 bjelanjka, ili 1 cijelo + 3 bjelanjka recimo....ili dodaš neki drugi protein, recimo posni....

Ako ti ne smeta još malo masti (1 žlica - 15 g M), napravi kajganu pa smanji neki žumanjak...ili na oko...

Ugavnom, kužiš...prilagodi sebi koliko ti treba taj dan, ima bezbroj varijanti.

Evo plan za sutra pa da me ispravite na vrijeme. :)
D: zobene i zeleni caj
M1: posni sir (150g), 2 kriške integralnog kruha (cca 120 kalorija kruh)
R: špinat, panirani oslic, 2jaja na oko (na maslinovom ulju)
M2: 50g svježeg kozjeg sira, 2 kriške integralnog kruha
V (poslje treninga): mješana salata (rajcica, paprika, luk, maslinovo ulje), 100g posnog
To ok?

Uostalom, i da jedeš tako, i da ostvaruješ svoje vizije i odlicno se osjecaš, meni super.

Da netko ne shvati - ovo nisam mislila na neki posprdan nacin, samo volim pitat za tocne kolicine kad vidim sve nabrojeno - jer kad pomislim da tu i ima nešto proteina najcešce ispada da su to 2 fete šunke u sendvicu Big smile

Šta je je, prije vidimo žlice i fete nego nešto konkretno Smile

Što drugome odgovara, odgovara i meni. Uostalom, meni bi netko rekao da jedem puno, a ja za ono što želim i moram tako. Ne spremam se za naslovnicu, spremam se za dizanje Smile
