Masti ne znam koliko je tocno, uglavnom od masnoce bilo je maslinovog ulja, ma mislim mala žlicica, ne više sigurno.
I popodne sam pogrickala 15ak badema

Da podnesemo izvještaj:
u 7,30- 2 jaja, 100 g jogurta, zeleni caj
11,30 zobene pahuljice 40g+100 g jogurta
14 -100 g pureca prsa
16,30-100 g svinjski file, 300 g rajcice
10 badema upravo pogrickala

veceru planiram jaja s necim ( sve osim gljiva)

Danas su svi pobjegli
Upravo sam pojela zabaglione, šato od 2 jaja..i ispekla zobene palacinke
za sutra: 70g zobenih samljela u brašno+2 jaja+dcl mlijeka, došlo mi je 5 palacinki, 4 vece, i jedna mala( nju cu poslije sa posnim)

ne jedes posni sir?

obrok u 14, fali tu povrca barem.. jedes premalo masnoca, ili premalo ugljikohidrata.. jedno od toga dvoje moras podignut..

Ipak ima nekoga.. posni cu pojest za pola sata oko 150 gr, pa file sam ispekla na žlicici maslinovog ulja, ma nisam stigla spremit povrce za na posao, još sutra cu nekako progurat,a za vikend cu nadoknadit povrce..One zobene palacinke cu pojest s posnim sutra ujutro,pa ce ga bit malo više..
Sad sam išla racunat sa onim posnim poslije ispada nekih 1300 kcal,111P/87UH/57M,
popila sam i 2 kave danas ,sa 1,5 mlijeka

Sad vidim da sam zaboravila to napisat, svaki dan pojedem oko 15-20ak
badema..meni bi ipak 100g bilo previše...pojacat cu malo obroke ujutro s posnim pa ce to bit ok, mislim.

Planiram da smanjit jogurt, i zobene jest s posnim Baš sam sad gledala tvoje slike na pocetku i sada, svaka cast...jedva cekam da i ja skinem tih par kg masti

evo i mene, danas sam kupovala girje pa sam cijeli dan tražila prikladne zašto ne bi ujutro ova dva jaja prelila preko pecene paprike, luka, gljiva i tako tog povrca svakojakog? + naribaš 10 g gaude cisto da zamiriše (na taj nacin bi pojacala vlakna iz povrca, masti i proteine iz gaude i sira i etogac). rucak- definitivno povrce bilo kakvo. Ja na posao uvijek nosim one cherry rajcice ili si prije narezem paprike i krastavaca
Vecera je uredu, mozes i brokulu, cvjetacu, kelj pupcar..
bademi ok sa posnim..
Neznam kako stojis s kikirikijem u ljusci..oni su isto ok kad ti dojade bademi..ili onaj recept od zike- piletina s kokosovim brasnom
samo na povrce pazi zbog vlakana i opcenito bi ga trebala vise jesti u ovakvim situacijama kad su Uh nisko

Si našla girje? Koliko kg kupuješ?
Danas imam one zobene palacinke( 70g zobenih+2jaja+dcl mlijeka) pecene na keram.tavi bez masnoce, baš su dobre..to sam uzela i posni za na posao,
povrce pojacavam obavezno za vikend..bit ce svega,a i od slijedeceg tjedna za na posao nosim posudicu s pravom hranom.

Jutros sam baš mislila vagat se ili ne,jer mi hlace nekako labavije stoje..nisam se ipak vagala..pustit cu do ponedjeljka.A morat cu i vagu neku precizniju kupit
