Kad je vaganje? Smile

Inace, kad ovako papaš samu šunku i nemaš neki junkfest u pripremi kasnije Big smile, pridruži joj sira malo (mozzarella je fora) i neke salatice ako imaš (ja sam to znala u sendvic smotat, sa salatom umjesto kruha ;), ili orašastih, tome slicno... ako vec neceš uh-e ;)

a znaš da sam o tome razmišljala hocu mozzarelu ,necu, i nakraju nisam..to i ja radim sa šunkom,ko neke rolice..njam je,
a vagat cu se možda sutra ujutro..ali nema mi baš smisla..jer vidim da sam puna vode, pa to vaganje necu baš uzet za ozbiljno.

Ma znam Davore da nije toliko loše, mislim,bilo je bijelo brašno, a pršut domaci i šparoge iz obližnje šume, i pravo maslinovo ulje..ali sam zato danas bila jako dobra i jela sve kako spada

A vagala sam se..nema promjene, ma i vaga nije najpreciznija,morat cu u nabavku neke malo bolje ipak.

Danas sa pojela 2 kockice crne cokolade
Osim toga za dorucak jedna nektarina sa 80 g posnog, i pola fete kruha sa mojom marmeladom bez šecera, kasnije sam pojela 2 jaja,
za rucak 100 g piletine sa 150 g tikvica i 200 g rajcice,
popila 2 kave, sa ukupno 2 dcl mlijeka.
Pojela jedno 200 g šljiva , malo kikirikija..
Ah, se u svemu ,nije loše, stalno nešto

Bez brige, pusti još malo ovako...prvo se izvaži kad se sve to smiri, a i ako onda bude isto, ostavi još malo vremena, nekad samo sve krene opet samo od sebe nakon male stanke, bez ikakve intervencije.....tako da, samo polako ;)

Više 5 g...velika 15g, mala 5....jedino ako nisi nekih pola te žlicice napunila od straha Big smile

Te masti bi se zapravo i trebale najprije vagat jer se s njima najlakše pretjera.

Ma znam da, da je to sve od vode.. zato i ne brinem puno, trbuh mi je ko da sam pojela lubenicu, u komadu

A nekih 70-80 je bilo, na kraju ostalo toliko, ali imam još 2 pakiranja !

VEcera je bila 100 g oslica pecenog u škartocu+150 g cikle+100 g pecene paprike.

Popodne sam pojela jednu bananu, iz dosade..i par šljiva.
I kad sve nakraju zbrojim: nekih 1400 kcal/103P/150UH/51 M
UH iz banane i brda šljiva i kikirikija ( a to je iznimno danas )
Sve u svemu, mislim da je ok..navecer još malo posnog i to je to.
Sad cu jedan mali trening s girjom, nekih 15 min, ovo vrijeme mi ne ide na ruku baš..meteoropat sam, i ta promjena vremena baš me ubije

JA sam danas pojela puuuno, 1570 kcal,146P/98UH/65M
posni 50g+nektarina 150 g, 2 jaja 100g
50 g zobenih+50 posnog +100 g jogurta
2 kave, 2 dcl mlijeka
100 g šunke deluxe+125 g mozzarele
150 g oslica+100 g paprike+100 g cikle
1 jaje 60 g
100 g posnog

Di si Gym, da to vidiš?? !!
a da, i kockica crne cokse
