Sad sam upravo izbrisala cijelu stranicu, uglavnom da sad ukratko,
prehrana je bila ok, u brojkama 1400 kcal/120 P/90 UH/60 M cca
Samo se osjecam malo napuhnuto..pms ,ali ipak

Sutra za rucak tikvice i proso!

Trening je bio 15 min mountain climbers, jumping jacks, reverse crunches po programu, pa sam još odradila šetnju 30 min.brzi hod !

Današnji dan, 1350-1400 kcal..hm hm, 106P/70 UH/60M.
Trening odradjen po programu..polako dani idu

Gym..ma neee, napuhnuta ne samo zbog PMS-a, nego i probave,malo se usporila..sita sam draga,a par badema cu pogrickat, evo da bar malo podebljam.kako da riješim tu probavu,sa više povrca još?

A jesam jesam, preko vikenda sam jela šljive.
Thanks Scarpetta, ubacila sam jogurt opet u zobene, i tako je bolje za probavu

Danas je bio uspješan dan, i za prehranu i za probavu !
1455 kcal cca, 114P/108UH/60 M.
Trening odradjen--ja zadovoljna..vagala se nisam..ali ne vidim neki ocigledni pomak..ali tek smo na kraju 2.tjedna.!
Ali bitno da se ja dobro osjecam!!
Makar PMS radi svoje i mislim da cu sutra pojest kockicu crne cokse

ma ne btini se ti što ne vidiš na svoje oci, ja sam sebi uvijek ista
metar i vaga i to je to    ako si u pms-u i navlacis vodu (to ces primjetiti po tome sto ti koza bude onak malo pufasta, ja nekad imam i podocnjake) onda savjetujem da se nemjeris ni ne vazes dok ne prode samo se budes nervirala, a za dabe super za trening i za prehranu, odlicno ti ide

Jedan savjet ženama Smile

Ja sam odavno pocela pratit taj ciklus...iz dana u dan zapisujem sve - emocije, glad, potrebu za slatkim, formu, snagu itd.... i tocno na odredjene dane primjetim iste stvari :) Tocno znam kad ce me tražit slatko navecer, kad cu bit sva pufasta, vodena, a kad si izgledat super, kad cu cvilit bez razloga, kad ce me zglobovi bolit, kad cu napravit usran trening, a kad najbolji........ i jednostavno se ne zamaram, prihvatim da je to tako i nastojim se prilagodit što je više moguce Smile

Hello..!! Evo mene , danas je "ispovijed"
A krenulo je jako dobro:
D.nektarina+50g posnog i 2 jaja
M.45 g zobenih+50g posnog+100 g jogurta
R.100 g deluxe šunke( ah ,moglo je i bolje)
E sad ono malo manje dobro,bila sam pozvana na rucak, a tamo me docekalo
domace tijesto sa šparogama i pršutom ( malo sam toga pojela )
a onda domacica spremila crostatu sa pekmezom od šljiva, i bome sam pojela jedan komad..ne žalim , i ne ruši mi se svijet zbog jednog
"lošeg " obroka..
Evo došla kuci i odradila odlican trening/sva sam mokra/ a valjda od viška šecera..do tog rucka sam bila na nekih 700 kcal..tako da sam sa tim ruckom dosegla 1500 sigurno..sad cu malo posnog, da nahranimo mišice poslije treninga i nastavljamo dalje pravim putem !

Danasa sam napravila marmeladu od šljiva..bez šecera !!
Odlicna je.
I ajvar domaci..uh, umorna sam.
Današnje kalorije oko 1400.112P/114UH/53 M
