i da, koljena kod prese trebaju biti pod 90 stupnjeva kod svakog pocetka i završetka pokreta

gle, naravno da je cucanj funcionalnija vježba od prese, zato treba kombinirati sve..osim toga, svaka vježba na spravi zahtjeva ispunjenje nekoliko stvari prije vjezbanja, a narocito nozna presa- pozicija sjedenja na presi nesmije biti preudaljena, težina mora biti odgovarajuca, brzina izvodenja pokreta je isto bitna. U svakom slucaju kao i na svakoj spravi treba znati kako se izvodi vjezba da ne bi doslo do povrede. Kako se mozes ozlijediti na pressi mozes i na cucnju

a i da je presa opasna, kada radimo listove na njoj jel i dalje potencijalno opasna? koljena se ne savijaju, i gotovo da nema opterecenja za ledja kao kod klasicnog nozngo potiska.

a ja ju ubacim nekad kad treniram noge, ali ne radim ju svaki puta (evenutalno svaki treci puta), možeš i na preši raditi listove   - potraži si video za to


nebi trebalo biti štetno ako se radi na pravilan nacin ;)

koliko vas radi leg press? ja to izbjegavam u potpunosti, a citao sam puno da je jako losa za donji dio ledja.
inace, u mom giymu samo zjapi, nitko na njoj ne vjezba...

vidim da se na njoj da raditi puno varijacija, pa me zanima jel to stvarno tolko stetno?
