malo mi je bilo cudno, jer recept zapravo pise, ali sam skuzila da bi ti da pise onako, prvo sastojci redom, onda izrada.
ali evo vidim da je Goran uskocio.

Eto dakle jedina je razlika sto ja stavljam posnu skutu iz Lidla jer je po teksturi slicna ko sirni namaz, a ipak nesto manje kaloricna. Okus je drzim isti ili jako slican.

Peku se sad,javim za sat vremena jer su bili dobri za jest...vjerujem da se može napravit u kao desert,možda da zmiksam bananu i stavim malo wheya u smjesu,onda namazat sa medom,ili nadrobit na komadiće u čokoladno ili nešto takvo...

@Tancho, mozes slobodno jos malo pomijesati dvije smjese, kao i ostaviti malo duze u pecnici :)

Inace, danas sam naletila na super povoljan losos u kauflandu, pol kile 22 kune. Omega3 party moze poceti.
(salata je kupus crveni i bijeli i crvena paprika, s malo senfa i soka od limete)

Teška lešada.Kuhana piletina, brokula i prokulice sa maslinovim uljem.Dosta izlazim u zadnje vrijeme, a pošto je to sve samo ne zdravo, obroci su mi bez carbsa sljedeći dan.

Kasno buđenje, pa i večera kasni.Orada na lešo i rukola, dodatak maslinovo ulje.Fali malo peršina i češnjaka po ribi, ali teško je bilo danas maknut se sa kauča do trgovine.
