ovo su uglavnom kao što vidiš obroci iz high dana, ovi ostali mi nisu zanimljivi i ne volim ih pa nisam stavila doduše, jucer sam pravila neke puding muffine jer sam bila na low UH danu.. evo, ide i to
150 g bjeljanjaka
2 mjerice whey (cokolada najbolje, može i cookies)
15 g kakaoo praha
125 g malomasnog jogurta ( 0,1 % m.m)
zagrijati pecnicu na 150 C . Sve sastojke pomješati zajedno , te na kraju smjesu uliti u kalupe za mafine. Peci 20 min. na 150 stupnjeva


i naravno šalica crne turske

Patlidjani s tunom

180 g patlidjana
110 g tune u salamuri
60 g mozzarele (ja koristim s - budget intersparovu jer ima manje masti od regularne)
80 g crvenog graha (može iz konzerve ali da je bez dodanih šecera ili isprati prije pravljenja)
Narezati patlidjane na kolutove i nasoliti ih tako da puste vode (cca 30 min). U posudu staviti ocijedjenu tunu (ocijedite dobro inace ce biti prerijetka smjesa) i grah. Miješati štapnim mikserom dok se sve ne sjedini. Dodati zacine. Ja dodajem chilli u prahu, cešnjak u prahu, kurkumu i papar. Poslagati patlidjane na masni papir, rasporediti smjesu na 6 kolutova patlidjana te na svaki staviti narezanu mozzarelu. Zapeci u pecnici na 200 stupnjeva, 20-30 min

Bomba prije treninga
Ukoliko znate da vam slijedi naporan trening, ovakav dorucak pomoci ce vam da ga odradite u punoj spremi.
Potrebno vam je:
35 g integralnog griza (za kupiti u intesparu)
23 g whey proteina okus cokolada ili cookies ili okus po želji
5 g tamne cokolade (80% i više kakaa)
100 g svježeg ananasa
Skuhati griz na 2,5 dcl vode. Dodati whey kada se griz malo ohladi, naribati i umiješati cokoladu te dodati narezani ananas. Složeni ugljikohidrati, šecer iz voca i protein iz wheya cine ovaj recept pravom preworkout bombom


Sladoledic
Potrebno vam je:
200 g posnog sira (najbolja je Lidlova laka skuta)
15 g whey proteina okus cokolada (ja koristim okus cookies, može i bilo koji drugi okus)
10 g kokosovog brašna
10 g tamne cokolade (ja koristim tamnu cokoladu s narandžom iz konzuma) ili 10 g kaka u prahu
10 ak kapi stevije u tekucini
Pomiješati sve sastojke osim cokolade (vilicom ili štapnim mikserom). Na kraju naribati cokoladu, a komadice koji ostanu umiješati unutra. Ukoliko ste na low carb-u, a masti su vam dozvoljene u vecoj kolicini slobodno dodajte 15 g badema nasjeckanih umjesto cokolade. Probala sam i sa žlicicom instant kave isto nije loše :)

Ova zadnja slika je OK.
Znam da su fotke ogromne kad ih slikaš, ali ih možeš u paintu smanjiti. Tongue
