evo da vam baba da izvještaj- napravila sam danas 100 cucnjeva bez icega,mislim bez utega,onda sve moje ostale vježbice,i onda sam ih radila sa 20kg sandbag,i kad sam došla do 50,prestala sam brojati jer mi je dosadilo!
to je bilo brutalno,trajalo je 1h,a ,to kaj ja sutra ne bum mogla na posao- nema vezeeeee!

nisam radila s bucicama, planiram za desetak dana opet se uhvatit tog izazova a radit cu s bucicama od 4 kg posto trenutno imam samo njih..

pa mogu ti reci...da sam zadovoljna! sto se tice donjeg dijela ledja i kvadricepsa...kvadricepsi su mi oblikovaniji, a donji dio ledja zategnutiji    a sto se tice straznjice, mislim da bi rezultat bio bolji da se radi s laksim bucicama, al opet kad radis 230 cucnjeva bez pauze...nije lako!

Znaci, broj cucnjeva koji je zadan odracuje se odjednom bez pauze i bez opterecenja?

Cucanj..... kakav? Duboki,.... polucucanj (koljena i natkoljenice da budu pod 90 stupnjeva)....ili po želji ??
