Htio sam pitat ako je meni TDEE 3257,je li za mene previše 3500 kcal
Pošto mi je ostalo još malo do kraja mase
htio sam dici kalorije do maksimuma sad,ali opet jesi cisto

Opet pitam za prehranu al eto,opet stoji haha

Dorucak: zobene 100g+whey
Medjuobrok: voce 
Rucak: riža 100 g + 250 g pil prsa+ mas ulje+salata
Medjuobrok prije treninga : 50 g riže+pil./pur. šunka 100 g+salata
                                          ili  : sendvic u raženom kruhu ako sam u školi sa salatom+pil./pur. šunkom
15 min prije treninga opet neko voce
PWM: 50 g dex i mjerica i pol wheya
Kruti obrok poslije treninga: 150 g riže+250 g pilecih prsa+salata
Prije spavanja: 250 g posnog+mas ulje ili orašasi plodovi

Po mom nekom racunu ovo ima oko 3300-3400 kcal
Pojacati još ili je ovo ok?

U gymu nisam bio od subote
U ned 2800kcal

Kažem ti ja da ti je 300 premalo :) Ne cekaj mjesec dana, ako ni nakon 2 tjedna nema pomaka (mada bih ja vec sad digla pomalo) nemaš šta više gubit vrijeme....
