ma ja cisto rekreativno da se riješim stresa, a trcim od jedno mosta do drugog savskim nasipom i nastojim izmjenjivati rže i sporije trcanje da ne budem uvijek u istom ritmu, a mislim da je i tako bolje... sve u svemu više se umoriš.... i da nije to neka velika udaljenost što trcim...

kakav vam je princip takvog treninga? radite intervalni ili samo trcite nekom brzinom cijelo vrijeme? kolko vremenski to traje, tj. kolko bi trebalo trajati?

Mozes trcati svaki dan ali pazi na ozljede. Ja tijekom tjedna trcim manje dionice a vikendima duge.

zanima me da li je previše trcati svaki dan ili da si rasporedim pa trcim tri ili cetiri dana u tjednu, jer volim trcat pošto me riješi stresa nakupljenog tijekom ucenja a i malo izadjem u prirodu, pa mi je to super... sad da li je ok svaki dan trcati ili da ne trcim svaki dan?
