baba, meni to ne zvuci dobro....jedno je kad ti nešto ne odgovara ali ovo mi baca na probleme sa inzulinom....hipoglikemija...nešto tu nije kako treba....šecer ti prebrzo padne nakon ugljikohidratne hrane, pogotovo ako nije uravnotežena proteinima.

šta si rekla, si radila nalaze, jesi kad mjerila šecer ujutro i nakon obroka?

evo,ponovila se ista prica!
danas sam ujutro pojela 2 male bio kiflice,sa sjemenkama,i nakon toga,osjecaj kao da mi je pao šecer,mucnina i slabost.
a kad ne jedem ništa,dobro mi je,odnosno nemam nikakve probleme.
isto tako mi je dobro kad popijem whey.
znaci,ujutro mi odgovaraju proteini a ne UH

Iako znaš šta, mislim da sam te ja potukla sa 2. obrokom Tongue Negdje malo više od 200g posnog i mix od 50 g orašastih....ha! LOL

A ja vas sve tucem.Ujutro amino whey sa 100gr lanenih,chia i zobenih.Onda oko 10 250gr posnog sa malo jagoda i višanja zaledjenih + banana.Malo prije dva tosta od integralnog kruha sa nekih 50gr ementala i možda 30gr šunke od purecih prsa.Još neznam šta za rucak

Ja sam ujutro bila na kruhu i posnom, malo šunkice, to je jedini uh obrok danas :) malo prije satrla posni sa orašastima i malo kokosovog, a kasnije na kokicu Heart

ja cu za vikend napraviti tiramisu za necaka.. to je valjda jedini kolac koji on voli...a i teta volio sve kolacice sa sirom.... :D

ja sa doruckovala jaja,  4 omada, na teflonskoj tavici... i 2 pomidora.... i  sad sam si narezala 2 krastavca i grickam mozzarelu i neki pršut uz to :D Rucak kuhani cu malo kasnije LOL

Hehe pa kako ti nece bit loše od pola cokolade (btw. nadam se da nije ona od 300g LOLTongue), pojedi kockicu-dve Wink Jedeš crnu ili obicnu? Meni su sad te obicne nekako bzvz otkad jedem ove tamne...pogotovo milka, milka mi je živi užas, kemija teška, baš osjetiš kad se navikneš na ove kvalitetnije. Inace mi je ona iz lidla, 74% odlicna, a jeftina...i stvarno nikad ne idem preko 2 kockice Smile i u plodinama su imali jednu savršenu, od 85%...al rijetku ju nadjem...
