Eto ga...

Nije problem u glavi nego u krivom pristupu hrani. Ja i dalje sumnjam da prijedješ 100 g UH-a dnevno, a ako ne nije ni cudo da si pukla sada.

Nije stvar u tome nego u bacanju na neka brza rješenja, bez dovoljno znanja o icemu. Klasicna greška kod vecine, zbog toga i dolazi do vracanja svega nazad.

Istina, može i u samodisciplini bit ali prije mi se cini da je kika jednostavno premalo jela i možda prefuriozno krenula.

Ma nisam ni brojala zadnja 3 dana jer sam stala u nekoj tocki nakon nekoliko kolaca i cokolade, a evo danas za sad imam 50 g P, 45 g UH i 15 g masti, ja bih ti rado slala dnevni izvjestaj, to bi mi bila dobra motivacija da ne varam samu sebe

Da, vidi mene, di sam baš ubola ta zadnja 3 dana...kad 100 stvari radim odjednom :) Mislila sam prije ovog junkfesta Tongue

Hehehe, a ti si mi zakon, ja pitam, a ti zaokružiš i ko te šljivi LOL Mislila sam nešto tipa: zobene 70 g, riža 50 g, jabuka...bla bla bla..... znaš da sam ja dosadni detaljist! :)))

Hug ne mogu si pomoc Smile

Slažem se, meni je kika jedna od favoritkinja i ako izgura ovo do kraja, a zadrži dobre i zdrave navike, napravit ce dupli uspjeh - a u biti to i je smisao ovog natjecanja, to smo vec 100 puta ponovili. Ne da se svi ubijete ova 2 mjeseca i izgorite kad sve završi nego da stvarno naucite ponešto, o sebi najviše, i da okrenete novu stranicu.

Zato kika, nedaj se i fokus na pozitivi Wink

I meni se cini da si jako strogo krenula, pa ti je sada teško...ali ne daj se... što ima veze ako si 3 dana papala svašta... sad si fino opet posloži jelovnik i treninge i ideš dalje... samo nemoj premalo jesti, jer da...gubiti ceš kg....ali brzo ceš doci do tocke di neceš više napredovati. Definitivno Gymku kad ti je vec voljna pomoci... BTW. i moj si favorit :D

Evo da se malo javim, motivacija mi se vratila u potpunosti, kriza je trajala 2 dana i od tad je opet sve ok, gymka mi je pomogla da si poboljsam trening i nastavljamo dalje
