ma malo sam isprobavala vracanje na to kao moje odrzavanje..pa sam zato pitala je li moguce da mi je sad odrzavanje nize nego prije tj je li moguce da mi je tijelo sad naviknulo na taj br. kcal kao odrzavanje?

nope, cistu hranu dodala u okviru tih 400 kcal vise..nije problem, znam da ce otici za neka 3 tj, al me nervira jer sam 2 kg masti dole se mucila mjesec i pol pa sam ljuta
i da, 400 vise-- 1600 je bilo pa se vratila na kao "odrzavanje" koje je inace 2000kcal

e pa kad sam morala isprobavat s povecanjem pa se usvinjila 2kg


AL nisi vjerujem povecavala sa kolacima i junkom, tak da uz adekvatan trening uz to te 2 kile nebi trebale bit problem, niti previse masti unutar tih 2 kg, a i kolko sam shvatio to je samo 200 kalorija vise neg inace bilo, tak da bi trebalo vremna za natuc te kg i da jos to bude masno tkivo samo, a ti nisi dugo bas bila na tih 200 + jel?

Al za fat loss s trbuha mislim da je najbolje kratko i striktno! Hehe
Um je poput padobrana - funkcionira jedino ako je otvoren.

Pa kako kome, zavisi koji si tip... Meni se sve što je prebrzo vrati.... jer to znaci da sam jako nisko sa kcal...a onda vec prespor metabolizam dodatno usporim ... Nekom drugom možda nije tako.....

A kaj ima lose u prebrzom? Nije da ce se vratit ako pazi i polako vraca UH, postepeno i mijenja trening malo.
Um je poput padobrana - funkcionira jedino ako je otvoren.
