Da, dobro je za kondiciju i za skidanje masnih naslaga.
Ali sto se tice masnih naslaga..tu bi trebao prakticirati vise oblika crobnih treninga; trcanje, brzo hodanje, bicikl, veslanje (ergometar) itd. itd. Edited by Mr G. |

što mislite o tom nacinu vjezbanja, cuo sam da odlicno sluzi za skidanje masnih naslaga i za podizanje kondicije. Ali zanima me koji se tu misici najvise razvijaju i dali je taj nacin treninga dobar? Hvala
