Ma ovaj me trening drži da nejdem pit van subotom, da se što bolje hranima i rezultat je tu.
Sad cu vidjeti hocu li kupovati drugu girju i idemo na masu Smile

htjela sam nakon 15og treninga odraditi prvi, da baš vidim kakav bi bio osjecaj :) lakoce, mislim :)

prvenstveno sam išao promjeniti svoj nacin treniranja barem na tih 5 tjedana , bez girji ( sad ih opet želim ).
U snazi se vidi pomak, i dobio sam za sad 1.5 kg i idemo dalje !

meni danas prvi dan onog programa za gubitak masti. kad sam bila gotova išla sam još jednom provjeriti jel mi jedna bucica treba biti 5 kg ili obje zajedno
