evo mjerenje u odnosu na prosli mjesec

prsa:  101cm 100cm
ispod prsa: 88cm 87cm
struk: 
86cm 85cm
pupak: 103cm 100cm
bokovi: 96cm 96cm
natkoljenice: 55cm 55cm
potkoljenice: 38cm 37,5
nadlaktice: 29cm 29cm
podlaktice: 22,7cm 22,5cm

kile u odnosu na prosli mjesec

84kg - 82kg

s obzirom na ova dva tjedna treninga koji i nije po mom gustu, rez i vise nego zadovoljavajuci :)
sad rezem unos kalorija za 200, tako da idem na 1400 da malo protresem stvari, jer je ovo slow slow slow motion
i podebljavam kardio

a evo i fotkice, da ne dizem sve, evo samo krticni dio Pig

ma nema odustajanja
toliko sam dosadivala doktoru da mi je dao zeleno svijetlo uz poruku vrag te odnio :D
danas prvi trening, noge i trbuh guza, malo pece ako krene znoj probijat, pa stanem, ali radi se radi :)

a prije samog treniga sam popila whey i pojela bananu, radila sam
20 min traka, 15 steper, 10 bicikla
i lumberjackove + povlacenje konopa 
cucanj i povlacenje utega + 20 trbusnjaka na lopti
dipseve + podizanje nogu
obrnuti sklek + upor i jednom rukom valjat uteg
trbusnjake kratke i kose
sve vjezbe u paru po dva i onda 3 serije pa na iduci par vjezbi prec

nisam jucer poslije nista jela jer me jos i neka tresavica ulovila nakon toga pa sam samo isla spavat i popila sam lupocet da ne bi temp sibnula
danas sam dobro, a i vaga pokazuje 84 :) pa sam odlicno :D
