HIIT trosi masti ali nije tome namijenjen.
Predlozio bi da pustis HIIT i da pogledas programe treninga.

To mi je trcanje na tijelesnom,HIIT najviše zbog toga što najviše troši masti...

Prije nekih mjesec dana istrcao sam 1500m za 5:14 minuta,nažalost dan prije toga sam radio HIIT i bio sam dosta umoran i nisam baš najzadovoljniji rezultatom.Sada bi u utorak opet trcao pa me zanima da li ima još koja caka u prehrani i picu prije treninga koja može pomoci da ostvarim bolji rezultat?
