Nekak je loš izbor namirnica za kasnonocno hranjenje........tortilja sa naribanim sirom ili sirupom od agave je sve samo ne zdrav i preporucljiv obrok u kasne nocne sate, skoro pa klasicni junk obrok ....ak je nešto integralno ne znaci da je zdravo u bilo kojoj kombinaciji. A i kruh i kikiriki maslac trpat u sebe......nebi se složio.....
