keka9, to je cista glupost. treba ih poticati na rad sa utezima uz nadleznost odgovarajuce osoba koja je profesionalac. zasto? pa sto se dogadja prilikom rada sa utezima? luci se testosteron. a on je zasluzan za? rast i razvoj. ono sto ce klincima usporiti rast jest konstantno forsiranje na trcanje gdje zglobovi dobijaju svoju porciju. lijep pozdrav!

Full body je bio na pocetku, sada samo split trening.
