legnes na stomak i dizes nogu po nogu, dok dizes desnu, ljeva ti je na podu, kad spustis desnu onda dizes ljevu, i tako dalje... dizanje i spustanje jedne noge mora bit 6 sekundi i to radis u serijama.
mozes tako i stojecki samo moras se uhvatit za neki stol da ti tijelo bude paralelno s podom [naravno stojis na jednoj nozi] i dizes nogu po nogu... cucnjevi... Edited by The Dario |
