Pa bitnije ti j da znaš zašto bi ga uzimao, koje možeš imati koristi, dal ima mane, a to kak se konzumira je na drugom mjestu.........
nebuš dobio nikakvu cistu mišicnu masu zato kaj piješ whey, dobil buš mišicnu masu ovisno o cijelokupnoj prehrani, a najmanje , odnosno gotovo ništa o whey-u. WHey je hrana, kao is vaka druga, nema carolija u njoj, nicega od cega rastu brže i veci mišici.........to je jednostavno prakticni nacin za "pojesti" obrok poslje treninga koji lako možeš nositi sa sobom i koji ti daje komociju da ne moraš nakuhavati i gutati granu poslje treninga ako ti se ne jede..........popiješ ga i osigurao si sve hranjive tvari kao da si i pojeo i to je uglavnom to ,kao postoje beneficije whey-a radi nekih probiotickih i tvari koje mogu doprinjeti imunitetu , ali to je sporedna stvar i nedovoljno dokazana........uglavnom ako imaš adekvatan proteinski unos iz hrane taj whey uzimao ga ili ne nece napraviti neku razliku u mišicnoj masi a da bi ju ti vidio .....

Pa na forumu sam uspio procitati kada je najbolje uzimati whey i koji omjer wheya i dekstroze !
Prosvjetlite me njab sam i nemam baš mogucnosti saznati te stvari iz prve ruke !

Pa krenuo sam sa whey-im jer sam ga dobio na nagradnoj igri, sa njgovom sam konzumacijom krenuo zbog dobivanja ciste mišicne mase. Osobno nisam upoznat sa svim "djelovanjima" wheya, ali to je jedino šta koristim i mislim da mi je cist dovoljno !

To što radiš može biti vrlo opasno s obzirom da konzumiraš stvari o kojima neznaš djelovanje Shocked..........Zašto uopce kreceš u konzumaciju necega što ne razumiješ i kad neznaš što sve unosiš u svoje tijelo i u koju svrhu?

Hh pa whey smatram vrstom hemije :D kao i ostale procese naravno , moje mišljenje zbog dodataka u wheyu da cu brže nataložiti masno tkivo ako pijem ! Naravno sad u subotu ce se JAKO puno piti ! 
U krivu sam ?

Neceš prestati jesti zato što si pio alkohol, zašto bi onda prestao piti proteine? (i oni su hrana)
