Najviše na sebi volim noge & leđa. Al isto tako kako koji dan, nekad sam si hebena a nekad si mislim pa dobro kaj ti uopce radiš u gymu i kuhinji

Al sve u svemu više se volim neg se ne volim jer sam one and only kao i svi vi ovdje tako da mislim da moramo nauciti voljeti svoje savršenosti i nesavršenosti jer su naše i jedinstvene!

Ja iskreno trenutno volim jako malo stvari jer sam se ugojila(ne mogu da kazem da je to nesto MNOGO, ali definitivno dovoljno da se ja osecam bzvz), i sva se osecam nekako tesko i mlitavo, fuj, i zato sada krecem na pritezanje

ja sam imala ovo s ogledalima u teretani danas...ogledalo š i 2, noge izgledaju zadovoljavajuce, ogledalo 3 vidljiv nesrazmjer zadovoljavajuce tankih listova s jacim bedrima...super

Haha, i ja volim svoju sitnu ektomorfsku "liniju", ali poludim kad dođe do napuhivanja...to je tek na meni maloj tanašnoj smišno za vidit

Kad se "ispušem" trbušni znaju bit cist pristojni i oku ugodni, a i bicepsi u zadnje vrijeme nisu loši

Mene zareda par dana kad bi se u sobu zatvorila od muke koliko rintam pa si izgledam ko da uteg nisam digla nikad, pa je par dana dobro, prolazno, pa par odlicno (pogotovo kad si pogodim kut i svijetlo u ogledalu u teretani LOL) pa opet sjedim izbezumljena u kutu...ko neko cikliranje hehe...sve u svemu ono što sam skužila je da taj neki njakasti osjecaj treba ubit u startu jer odmah sve krene nizbrdo taj dan..cim se osjecam ko drek sve šteka oko mene, a i ta nesigurnost se vidi....tako da, treba bit zadovoljan sobom ma kako što izgledalo ali trudit se da se to ispravi...ic mic po mic...jer nema šanse da ne bude uspjeha ako se radi, samo je pitanje vremena.... yes..ova mudrost ce me držat par dana pa se vracam u nemilost svoje lude glavurde Big smile

jaoooo cure.... @Gym-girl i @dalila baš je tako kako kažete,   meni se tako zna pred men. trbuh napuhati da  me ukucani pitaju...jesam li se ja to udebljala, vaga ok, a trbuh kao u trudnice u 7mj.trudnoce. mrzim te dane u mjesecu, strogo moram pazit sta pojedem ne bi li ublažila to napuhavanjeC&#šš1;nfused

ali sa svojim rukama a odnedavno i ramenima -   zadovoljna 

kad ima volje ima i nacina
