piletina/puretina i maslinovo ulje (uz to možeš i povrce jest, naravno), piletina i gauda, posni sir i orašasti/žlica ribljeg/maslinovog ulja itd itd

Ovak,na masi, proteini u svakom obroku, uh obavezno u obrocima ujutro, prije te poslije treninga, ostatak za pocetak može biti p + m obrok. Moraš bit u suficitu 300-500 kcal, to je najvažnije.. Ako vidiš da stagniraš, podebljavaj kcal.

Kao pocetnik možeš gubiti mast i dobivati miške, ali kasnije to nece biti moguce ;) Radije si složi neki jelovnik za masu, a kasnije ceš na defku, ima za to vremena, ne brini...

Da mislim dobiti još malo na masi ( sa onim jelovnikom samo mogu smršaviti ), i isklesati se naravno

Evo sad sam se vratio na junk food došao sam sa mora.
Prije nekih 3 tjedna sam prešao na zdravu hranu i smršavio sam 2 kg. prije (š8š cm, 67 kg )
Danas ( š8š cm , 7š-72  kg ) .
Molim vas ako ikako možete sastaviti nešta
Bivši jelovnik :
Dorucak 8 h : žitarice sa vodom , neko voce
Međuobrok : Posni sir sa vocem
Rucak : Ako može pileca prsa, govedina , janjetina, sa nekim povrcem i vocem poslje toga
Popodne 4-5 h : Med, mlijeko i malo marga za okus
Vecera : Posni sir sam ili nekakvi orašasti plodovi sa posnim
