ja imam stomak bez imalo sala, trbusnjaci su mi dosta dobro izrazeni ali i dalje radim na tome Ja radim 2 vrste vjezbi za trbusnjake: š. serije od š00 kom. ( 20 norm. + 20 u lijevo + 20 udesno + 20 norm. + š0 ulijevo + š0 udesno ) , ovo radim 2-3 puta dnevno, vecinom 2 puta. 2. legnem na pod i spojim obe noge pa njih dizem, spustas skoro do dna (ali ga ne diras) pa opet dizes ... cuo sam da je ova vjezba dobra za donji dio trbuha.. ovo radim oko š00 komada na dan, po serijama od 20-40 |

Imam stomak bez imalo sala,trbusni misici se naziru ali to nije to!Trbusnjaka mogu uraditi max70!Koliko serija da radim i koliko ponavljanja!Koliko puta na dan!
