weeeeeeeeeee od sutra sam ponovno u gymu !!!misec dana pauze je za mene i previse!napokon opet normala ,zdravi zivot i normalni obroci !nadam se da opet necu morat proc svu onu opet iznova misicnu bol!!

evo danas cu u dan odmora od treninga lipo popisat sta sve
poidem pa ce mi neko od vas lipo kasnije rec jel to ka ok! probudila se u šš:00h,a ono ne radim danas pa lipo to koristim u gust,sutra cu se dignit u 5:30h ujutro. citala sam knjigu do š2:00h i onda sam si lipo spremila dorucak: 3 jaja kajgana(s vegetom i feta sirom),š rebro milka cokolade i popila sumi-sumi ca. sad se idem obuc i sredit pa cu na kavu velika-mliko s 2 cukra. |

dosta je bilo spamanja sad malo ozbiljne teme .
imam problem,a ti je da trbušnjaci kao da vise ne reagiraju na vjezbu. svugdi imam i vidim napredak.dobro isto tako mi je jasno da to zadnje ide u izgradnji i gubitku sla,blablabla. noge,dupe,ramena i leđa,su se lipo formirala i vidi se napredak ogromni.aj na rukama tribam još radit,ali trbuh je ka zakaza.radim 4 serije trbusnih sa 20 ponvljanja.sta da cinim?kako da šokiram to podrucje da opet pocme reagirat? |

Probaj drugacije vjezbe za trbuh, ima ih mali milijun i probaj s nekim opterecenjem raditi. Uglavnom vjezbe nebi trebale biti uvijek iste jer se kasnije misic navikne na to isto pa vise niti ne reagira tako da ni nema pomaka.

problem je sta sva ostala podrucja(noge,dupe,leđa,ramena) napreduju brzinom svitlosti,a to podrucje je lipo napredovalo,pa sad stalo. |
