  Eto kupih ja dextrozu u dm-u(voltino-reekla mi žena da imaju još hrpu na skladištu pa ako netko nemože naci nek se zaleti tamo)


Uglavnomwhey mi još nije stigo i sad neznam kako da uzmem tu dextrozu

Da je uzimam uopce bez wheya ?

  Hvala svima na savjetima!!

Pokušat cu ih sve provesti u djelo ....napraviti cu kvalitetnije treninge(ove mi je dao trener u teretani, za pocetnike fulll body)

Smanjiti cu broj treninga i kupiti dextrozu

  Posveti više pažnje odmoru.
Treniraj 3-4 puta tjedno uz pravilan odmor i postici ceš bolje rezultate nego 6 puta tjedno ovako.

Trening ti je opcenito cirkus, nema pretjerano veze ni s cim.
Ili treniraj prema split varijanti (prsa/triceps, leđa/biceps, noge/ramena), upper/lower (2x upper, 2x lower body) ili full body.
Tvoje ne mogu definirati.
3 sata treniranja je 2 previše.

Prehrana ti je pristojna, eto sreca u nesreci da ti je mama dijabeticar, pa zna šta je kvalitetno.
Kod mene žive na slaninama, šunkama, kobasicama...

Izgledaš solidno, dobar ti je odnos visine i kilaže, treniraj kvalitetno i do ljeta si terminator.
