uh, što me utjesi i razocara cuj, sve ovo ne znaci nista odoh ja onda udarit po pizzi i coca-coli. šalim se, naravno. Znam da ce ispocetka ici lakse i brze i zato mi je glavni cilj u ovoj pocetnoj fazi steci neke zdrave prehrambene navike i biti disciplinirana i redovna u vjezbanju. baj d vej, slike mislim stavit š5.š. - dakle svako mjesec dana se mislim izlagati na ''stup kritike'' |

Hej, people! Nisam bas aktivna ovih dana ni tu ni inace, nekakva viroza me spopala. Nemam temp, ni proljev, niti povracam, ali dišni putovi su mi u komi. Kasljem, kisem, zacepljen nos, malaksalost tijela... Stoga sam u ovoj godini odradila samo jedan trening, ostale dane sam doslovno preležala. No, papicu drzim pod kontrolom koliko mogu.
Toliko o r/tuznim stvarima. Sad nesto zbog cega sam happy. Dobila sam na poklon digitalnu vagu, moju dugo sanjanu želju. I, još bolje, vaga pokazuje pomak u skidanju kg - š06,9. Dakle, to je 7 kg manje u nekih mjesec dana. I centimetri pokazuju napredak. I am soo happy. |
