Meni je trener ovu vježbu demonstrirao kao vježbu od koje cice stoje kao umjetne

Radite li vježbe za donji dio prsa i koje su to?

Postoje li neke, a da nisu standardne - kontrakosi bench, dipsanje i sl. ?



Radite li vježbe za donji dio u svakom treningu prsa ili kako?
