Eto kod mene je gornji puno lakše došao od donjeg, ali nikako pa nikako prsa dobit! Nikako da narastu, postrance još kako tako popunjeno ali sredina - kost. 

Za donji dio prsa radim kontrakosi benc + razvlacenje na Cross-u, i ne pogadja mi srednji dio prsa vec donji, bez greške.

Mj dana znam radit kontrakosi sa slobodnom šipkom, nakon toga mj dana sa bucicama.


ha moguce da tebi hoce gornji dio, ali vecina ima donji dio a gornji je problematican.
a sta se tice sredine tu moras samo raditi sajle i fly s bucicama i dobro papati da nebude kost

Eto kod mene je gornji puno lakše došao od donjeg, ali nikako pa nikako prsa dobit! Nikako da narastu, postrance još kako tako popunjeno ali sredina - kost.

Donja prsa... nisam nikad kontrakoso radio, no dipsovi sa nogama put naprijed su dali dobre rezultate, pogotovo ako se nakon nekog vremena nadoda opt.

šta se tice gornjih prsa, pressovi na kosom bencu, bilo sa šipkom il bucicom, pogađaju gornja prsa, crossoveri na kabelima pogađaju centar prsa, šta 'spaja' prsa. To je bar meni dobro, nezmam kako drugima...

Pulloverom bucicom mozes pogoditi koji god hoces dio prsa ako prije toga napravis predzamaranje npr kablovima.

Moraš izgraditi mišice gore a to možeš tako da budeš u kalorijskom suficitu i treniraš s utezima.. citaj podforum pocetnici

Fly-evi su tu da odrade predzamor u prsima i onda ih benđo ubije do kraja, dosta visok broj pon. sam radio, š0-š5 i nisam mijenjao rep range u toj kombinaciji

 Radio sam ih tak al ne u superseriji, no nikad nisam iskljucivo se posvetio prsima neg od kad ozbiljnije treniram radim kompletni program di je sve jednako pokriveno , a prsa su mi od prije ostala malo zapostavljanja radi ne benchanja bas zbog ramena i to, tak da vjerovatno kad ih uhvatim u mlin ce odreagirat ko pocetnicki mišic

Meni se pokazala dobra kobinacija flayevi+benđo u superserijama. Serija flyeva na kosoj klupi pa serija benđole

Hmm +š ja isto nezadovoljan svojim , kao da nikad ništa ne dobe i slabo reagiraju na trening, morat cu jednom bacit naglaska na njih i posvetit im se detaljnije.I na njima nikad ne dobim upalu neku , niti 50 % od onog na bilo kojim drugim mišicima, mozda ih neznam pogodit dobro il nekaj.........
