  Izmjeri list.. meni je recimo na 84-85 kg, list 39.. manje od bicepsa i vrata..

he he.. cuj, zobene su najjeftiniji izvor UH, a mislim najzdraviji... kila je š0kn, tako da dnevno da pojedes 300g, to ti je 3kn..

Dekstroza ti pola kile kosta oko š2kn, a to ti je za š0 treninga..

Ima tu dosta posla, tek od š0. mjeseca sam poceo i posebno listove trenirat. Zadnja dva-tri tjedna sam posebno ponosan na trening nogu. Prva dva tjedna nisam mogao normalno hodat.
